An unvintaged assemblage composed of casks from 2018 (48%), 2017 (29%), 2016 (12%), 2015 (9%) & 2012 (2%). Exclusively sourced from our treasured plots within the Hoffmanns Dallwitz vineyard from vines planted in 1996, 1995, 1960 & the oldest vines planted prior to 1912.

Sourced from the Hoffmann families oldest vines (DW-OLD ~ 0.775 Hectare) and our original four rows from the adjacent plantings (DW-95VSP ~ 0.354 Hectare). Both planted on their own roots in 1995 & the oldest plants between 1888 & 1912.
