Crafted from barrels of indeterminable vintage, the 25th release of Pleiades is a comprised mainly of Sangiovese with a melange of Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Mourvedre and Viognier making up the remainder of the blend.
This has a delicate colour but plenty of backbone to stand up to hearty meals. A splendid partner for game dishes or Venison ragout.
