2 x Moreson Solitaire

Produced using the same Franschhoek grown grapes that go into their Chardonnay du Monde Gold Medal winning Mercator, a small portion of which is barrel fermented before undergoing 24 months maturation in bottle in the same way a Champagne would be matured. Aromas of crushed biscuits and marzipan complement a fine mousse and crisp dry finish.

2 x Haut Espoir Cloudfall

Cloudfall is just as delicious and just as impressive as its red counterpart, Gentle Giant. Comprised of no less than five white grapes, dominated by Sauvignon Blanc with a supporting cast of Semillon, Viognier, Chenin Blanc and a splash of wild fermented Chardonnay which undergoes fermentation in old oak barrels. The use of old oak gives the wine texture and body without imparting the same flavour profile of new oak. The wine is rich, whilst being incredibly elegant and finessed, with notes of white stone fruits and tropical fruits all held together with a fresh and vibrant acidity.

2 x Bessa Valley Enira

52% Merlot, 26% Syrah, 14% Petit Verdot and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. Vanilla and menthol aromas, followed by strong blackberry and raspberry. Structured tannins â derived from both grape skin and 12 months in oak.
