Only 409 bottles of this hand crafted Chardonnay, born from the extreme terroir of the Atacama Desert, were produced in 2014. Aged for 15 months in stainless steel to preserve the unique identity of the wine, which has a slightly cloudy appearance due to being bottled unfiltered, you can expect to find aromas of Melon and Apricot which evolve whilst drinking.

On the palate there is a bright, green apple acidity, linear minerality and touch of salinity on the finish – all of which are complemented by fantastic texture and length.
