Wildcraft Equinox 79 is produced by Moreson Wine Farm in Franschhoek, South Africa and distilled from estate grown Chardonnay grapes, in fact only three of the botanicals are bought in, everything else is grown by them on the farm including the all important Juniper.

Moreson are famous for their award winning barrel aged Chardonnay and the flavour profile of Wildcraft, which is distilled by their winemaker Clayton Reabow, is inspired by the integration of Chardonnays primary ripe fruit characteristics with the secondary richer more buttery characteristics influenced by the maturation in oak around the time of the Autumn Equinox.
