It is produced on the basis of Grappa Monovitigno, combined with a carefully
balanced extract of alpine herbs, roots, bark, citrus peel and fresh fruit.
Maturation in small barrels made from Nevers, Limousin and old sherry oak gives
the Amaro its warm, harmonious depth and a touch of oxidative elegance. The
alcohol content of 35% vol. provides structure and density without masking the
fine herbal aromas.
