Amatitena, inspired by the long tradition of agave cultivation in Amatitan since
the 18th century, is produced by engineer Alberto Partida Hermosillo, a third
generation master tequilero of the Partida family. The brand honors the
ancestral customs of Jalisco and the agave fields by maintaining traditional
methods in its production.

The agave hearts are traditionally crushed with a tahona and then slow-cooked
over an open fire and wood to extract the natural sweet flavors. Fermentation
with wild yeasts and distillation in copper stills further contribute to the
unique flavor profile that makes Amatitena Tequila Blanco Origen so special.



It is bottled as a high-proof tequila with a full 49% vol. and therefore has an
even more intense aroma that delights connoisseurs and aficionados alike.
