Antica Sambuca is produced in the traditional Rossi d'Asiago distillery in the
Italian Veneto region. The company was founded in 1968 by the innovative young
chemist Giovan Battista Rossi, who quickly managed to make a name for himself in
the industry.

In 2001, Rossi modernized the recipe for Antica Sambuca Classic and relaunched
it on the market. This reinterpreted anise liqueur is characterized by its
production from natural distillate, which is carefully enriched with aniseed and
a selection of 15 other spices and herbs, giving it its unmistakable taste.



The Rossi d'Asiago distillery remains true to its philosophy of combining
tradition and innovation. The Antica Sambuca Classic therefore not only stands
for Italy's rich history and culture, but also for the constant search for
perfection and variety of flavours that characterize the company.
