The Belizean Blue Rare Blend is a product of the Travellers Distillery, located
in Belize in Central America. The origins of the distillery can be traced back
to a bar in Belize City, which was known as Travellers. The founder of the bar,
Don Omario, began producing his own rum blends, which he sold in his bar.

Due to the great success of these blends, Don Omario eventually founded
Travellers Liquors Ltd. The distillery attaches great importance to the use of
locally grown, fairly produced sugar cane. The molasses obtained from this sugar
cane is crucial for the authentic taste of the rum, which is characteristic of
this region. The rums in the Signature Blend mature for up to seven years and
are bottled without the addition of sugar or colorants.



The Belizean Blue Rare Blend is a compilation of different rum varieties that
mature for an average of nine years in Belize. The blend also includes
components that have been stored for up to 17 years under tropical conditions.
