pharmacist Francesco Peloni and has been distilled since 1875 at the Peloni
Distillery in the municipality of Bormio in Lombardy. The herbs used in the
production of the herbal liqueur come exclusively from the Bormio region, more
precisely from the Monte Braulio, which gives it its name.After fermentation,
this Amaro matures for 2 years in Slavonian oak barrels.
