The Bruichladdich distillery, located on the picturesque island of Islay in

malt Scotch whiskies that are characterized by their character and complexity.
Bruichladdich focuses on sustainability and local raw materials, with the barley

The Bruichladdich 30 Years Old RE/DEFINE THIRTY is the result of masterful
maturation, 100% in bourbon casks. This carefully selected combination includes
50% of the whiskies that have undergone long-term maturation in refill hogsheads
and a further 50% that have been transferred to fresh bourbon casks after 20
years of maturation to further refine the flavors. Before the final blend, the
whisky undergoes an additional three-month maturation phase in refill bourbon
casks.
