Campari Cask Tales is a premium edition of the classic Italian bitter, which
achieves a new dimension of flavor through refinement in bourbon barrels. This
special liqueur was created by Bruno Malavasi, a master herbalist and master
blender, to celebrate Davide Campari's 150th birthday. Malavasi experimented
with different barrel sources to find the perfect environment for maturing and
flavoring the liqueur. The result is a masterful product that is produced in
selected second-fill bourbon barrels.

Maturation in these barrels softens the bitter notes of Campari and adds fruity,
sweet and creamy tones, complemented by a subtle, oaky smokiness. This
sophisticated process was developed in close collaboration with bartenders,
whose feedback was crucial in defining the best version of this spirit.
