the phylloxera plague, discovered the perfect terroir for high-quality wines in
Haro, in the heart of Rioja. Inspired by the best sites in his homeland, he not
only recognized the potential for Bordeaux-style wines, but also opened up a new
perspective: the international export of Rioja wines.

This wine is an expression of his deep commitment to sustainable viticulture and
the protection of the environment. The 100% Tempranillo grapes come from an
exclusive group of experienced winegrowers from the Haro area, in the heart of
Rioja Alta, with whom long-term partnerships are maintained.
