Chambord Liqueur Royale de France was created in 1685 for the then "Sun King"
Louis the XIV at Chateau Chambord. Chateau Chambord is located in the Loire
Valley in France, where the liqueur is still produced today.
Blackberries, raspberries and black currants are blended with premium French
spirits for production. After resting for six weeks, the berries are gently
pressed. In the third and final phase, the liqueur is refined with honey,
vanilla from Madagascar, Moroccan lemon peel and XO cognac. This is the only way
to create the special taste of Chambord.
The liqueur is bottled in an elegant round bottle that gives it a royal
character.
