The One I Love blended malt whisky from Compass Box is an exclusive bottling
that was originally intended as a thank-you gift for members of the "I Love
Compass Box" Facebook group. Due to its popularity, this whisky is now also
available to all other fans of the brand. This hand-picked composition combines
six outstanding Scottish single malts and offers an incomparable taste
experience.

Two whiskies with a strong character make up the largest part of the blend: A
Speyside malt from a distillery near Aberlour, matured in first-fill Oloroso
sherry casks. This is complemented by a Caol Ila, matured in refill sherry
puncheons, which has a smoky, maritime character. Another important component is
a Highland Malt Blend, which was matured in custom-made French oak casks.



A peated whisky from Tobermory provides even more complexity, adding an
interesting depth with intense smoky aromas, citrus oil and herbal notes. The
blend is rounded off with a share of Ardbeg, which impresses with its tarry,
butterscotch-like notes. Another highlight is the Magic Cask 2019 Remnant, a
blend of bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry butts, which enhances the fruity and
spicy side of this unique whisky.
