Don Papa Baroko is a high-quality rum that has its roots on the Philippine
island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago. This rum pays tribute to a
lesser-known hero of the Philippine revolution, who once worked as a foreman on
a sugar cane plantation and later joined the fight for his country's
independence. His leading role in the expulsion of the conquerors from the
Philippines makes him an important historical figure.

The production of Don Papa Baroko begins with sugar cane, which grows on the
fertile volcanic soils of Negros. After distillation, the rum matures in oak
barrels, allowing it to develop its characteristic variety of aromas.

Only the best barrels are selected for the production of this limited edition in
order to bring out the fruit and, in particular, vanilla aromas in the best
possible way. A touch of local cane sugar is added to accentuate these aromas
and create a unique flavor creation.
