Don Ramon Mezcal Joven has been double pot still distilled and is made from 100%
Espadin agaves from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The agaves mature for a total
of 6-7 years. This mezcal has a very robust and complex character, marked by
smoky as well as subtle notes of damp earth and cooked agave.
