Douglas Laing has updated the name of its famous Island blended malt bottling
from 'Rock Oyster' to 'Rock Island' without changing the award-winning content.
Rock Island brings together selected single malts from the Scottish islands of
Islay, Arran, Jura and Orkney, giving it distinctive smoky notes, sweetness and
maritime flavors. As part of the Remarkable Regional Malts series, Rock Island
symbolizes the diversity and quality of Scotland's malt whisky regions.

The special feature of the Douglas Laing Rock Island Tequila Cask Finish Edition
lies in its unique finish in tequila casks, which gives this bottling its
characteristic name. In order to preserve its authenticity and purity, this
whisky is bottled without the use of chill-filtration and without the addition
of colorants.
