Drumshanbo Gunpowder Gin is a creation by PJ Rigney that combines oriental
botanicals with indigenous Irish botanicals. The gin is distilled in traditional
copper stills. The botanicals used include angelica root, orris root, caraway,
cardamom, coriander, Chinese lemon, kaffir lime and green gunpowder tea. Each of
these 12 exquisite botanicals has been carefully selected on Rigney's many
travels from Ireland to China and integrated into his exceptional gin.
