EVO Grappa Riserva is a high-quality, matured grappa from Italy that impresses
with its balanced complexity, depth and fine structure. Made from selected
pomace from different grape varieties and distilled using the traditional method
in copper stills, this grappa represents the combination of classic distilling
skills and elegant ageing. As a Riserva, it must be stored in wooden barrels for
at least 18 months according to Italian law - however, the EVO Grappa Riserva
uses distillates that have been matured for significantly longer in order to
create a particularly harmonious overall picture.

The long ageing period in carefully selected oak barrels gives it remarkable
depth, a soft texture and an aromatic profile rich in spicy and fruity
components. With an alcohol content of 42% vol., this grappa is strong but
always elegant and accessible - ideal for connoisseurs who appreciate mature
distillates with character.
