company with focus on quality rather than quantity.The agave spirits are
certified as "additive free". They are produced from sugary blue Weber agaves
from the Los Altos region. Fermentation takes place in open concrete tanks
influenced by wild yeasts. The spirits are aged in American, French or even
Hungarian Oak Casks.
The bottlings are neither chill-filtered nor colored or added.
The Reposado Rare Tequila consists of 100% Weber blue agave and matures for 6
years in American Oak Cask.
