Since its foundation in 1822, the Fonseca brand has stood for excellent port

than two centuries of experience, Fonseca combines traditional winemaking skills

Production takes place in the renowned vineyards of the Douro Valley in
Portugal, considered one of the oldest and most prestigious wine regions in the
world. The unique terroir is characterized by steep slopes and mineral-rich
soils, which shape the taste of the port wines.

Fonseca Porto Ruby Port matured for three years in large wooden barrels, where
it developed its characteristic, fruity style and deep ruby red color. Made from
the traditional grape varieties Tinta Barroca, Tempranillo (Aragonez) and
Touriga Francesa, it reflects the diversity and quality of Portuguese
viticulture.
