innovative rum experts in the Caribbean. Known for his exceptional creations, he
combines traditional craftsmanship with modern know-how to produce perfectly

An outstanding example of his art is the Foursquare Redoutable, whose name
stands for "impressive" or "worthy of respect". This premium rum combines two
14-year-old rums: one matured in ex-bourbon barrels and another matured in
ex-Madeira barrels. Distillation takes place both in copper stills and using the
twin column still method, which gives this rum its remarkable complexity and
depth.
