method. For more than 170 years now, the Gancia brand has been known for its
sparkling wines. The historic cellars of Gancia, in the south of Piedmont, are
now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In these cellars, the sparkling wine is stored
at optimal temperatures between 12 and 14°C.
