Gerard Bertrand is a world-renowned brand and was founded by the winegrower of
the same name. The Gerard Bertrand Group comprises 16 wine estates and 16
chateaux. The area covers 850 hectares and is located on the Mediterranean
coast. The Cote des Roses is a tribute to the Mediterranean lifestyle. The
Gerard Bertrand vineyard is located in France in the Languedoc region and
stretches along the Mediterranean coast along the Spanish border. This area has
a semi-arid Mediterranean climate, which creates ideal conditions for
winegrowing. The bottle design was created by a young designer from the French
college Ecole Boulle. The base of the bottle was modeled on a rose blossom.

This outstanding red wine has its origins in limestone and gravel, and the
climate from the Mediterranean to the Atlantic also influences the ripening of
the grapes, allowing them to ripen optimally and healthily. The wine undergoes a
maturation phase in large wooden barrels, which contributes to its flavor
development. With a storage potential of up to 5 years, this wine can gain in
complexity and maturity over time. The bottles are sealed with a glass cork.
