This Glenfiddich whisky matured over a period of 15 years in three different
types of wood: sherry casks, bourbon casks and new oak casks.

The solera method, which is known from traditional sherry production, was used
to ensure consistent quality.

The solera vat in which the whisky matures always remains half full. This cask
contains a mixture of whisky from different casks and vintages. The desired
balance of flavor is achieved through regular topping up and removal.



The sherry casks give the whisky sweet and fruity aromas, the bourbon casks add
a vanilla note and the new oak casks bring complexity and depth to the taste.



The result is a Glenfiddich whisky that reflects the distillery's expertise in
cask maturation and is a delight for connoisseurs of high-quality single malts.
