impressive tradition of whisky making. After a period of closure and reopening,
the brand remains true to its traditional production methods and heritage,
continuing to distinguish itself through its craftsmanship and passion for
producing high quality single malt whiskies.

Glenglassaugh Portsoy is produced using artisanal methods, starting with the
careful selection of the finest barley and purest spring water from the
distillery's local area. The whisky is then distilled in traditional copper pot
stills and slowly matured in casks to develop its distinctive taste and bring
out the typical aromas to the full.



A special feature of this whisky is that the bottling is matured in a
combination of sherry, bourbon and port casks. This unique combination of casks
helps to shape the complex and rich character of Glenglassaugh Portsoy, giving
it varied and harmonious flavors. This careful and traditional production method
