The Highland Park distillery was founded by Magnus Eunson in 1798. Today, the
distillery is owned by The Edrington Group. It is the most northerly whisky
distillery in Scotland and is located in Kirkwall on the Orkney island of
Mainland. Highland Park's distillery buildings are listed on the Scottish
Heritage List and produce around 2.5 million liters of whisky annually. The
21-year-old Highland Park is matured in former sherry casks made from American
and European oak. Bottled: November 2019
