Il Palagio, an iconic winery in Tuscany, combines tradition, innovation and

estate, located in the rolling hills near Figline Valdarno, covers an impressive
350 hectares, of which 30 hectares are planted with vines with the utmost care
and dedication. The historic estate, whose roots date back to the 16th century,
has experienced a glorious renaissance under its current owners, the
world-famous musician Sting and his wife Trudie Styler.

Il Palagio Sister Moon Rosso is an exceptional red wine that impressively
embodies the elegance and quality of the Il Palagio winery. Named after Sting's
famous song, this red wine reflects the passion and dedication of the winery.



Made from the noble grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese,
Sister Moon impresses with its impressive power and complexity. The grapes are
carefully harvested by hand and taken directly to the press house, where they
are carefully selected and gently processed. After fermentation in large wooden
barrels at controlled temperatures, the wine matures for several months on the
fine lees. After this maturation, the wine is carefully drawn off, harmonized
and bottled, which is sealed with a natural cork. The dry character of Sister
Moon is reflected in its minimal residual sugar content of just 0.9 grams, which
underlines its clear and elegant structure.
