Since 1829, Desmont Williams has been producing traditional Irish whiskey at its
Tullamore Distillery.Williams recognized the old heather wine recipe and thus
produced the Irish Mist from 1947.
It was once the first liqueur to be produced in Ireland and is thus considered
the forerunner of all whiskey liqueurs in Ireland.
The Irish Mist is now known far beyond the borders of the Emerald Isle.
The ingredients include Irish barley, selected herbs, as well as heather and
