The brand JP. Chenet brand was founded in 1984 with two single-varietal wines,
Cabernet Sauvignon Vin de Pays d'Oc and Blanc de Blancs Vin de Pays des Cotes de
Gascogne. The brand's first name was J.P. CHANEL, named after a close associate.
JP. Chenet continued to develop in the years that followed and brought other
wines, sparkling wines and brandies onto the market.

With JP. Chenet Original Colombard-Sauvignon is a blend of two grape varieties,
Colombard and Sauvignon-Blanc. Colombard, a white grape variety with bright
acidity and citrus notes, blends harmoniously with the well-known Sauvignon
Blanc, which gives the wine pronounced aromas of tropical fruit.
