Jim Beam is a bourbon of extraordinary finesse, not light, not heavy, more of a
"baritone" among spirits. He is not different from the others because he is

the heart of Jim Beam.For seven generations now, the Jim Beam distillery has
been distilling bourbon whiskeys, world-famous for their quality. And maybe
Jakob Beam already suspected in 1795 that his bourbon would be on everyone's
lips even more than 200 years later. Certainly the secret of this success lies
in the well-protected recipe - or quite simply in the fact that important things
always stay in the family. Today, members of the Noe family still carry on the
heritage of the Beams.

The Jim Beam Double Oak Twice Barreled Oak first matures traditionally in flamed
out barrels. It then matures for a further period in a second, newly flamed oak
barrel.
