This Norwegian gin comes from the family-owned Kimerud Farm, which was founded
in 1785.
24 fine botanicals are used for the production. Norway's cold climate benefits
the herbs and berries as they gain richness from growing longer.
Probably the most unique of these botanicals is golden root, which grows in
northern Norway and gives the gin an Arctic marine note.
In the Viking Age (800 - 1050), this root was even considered a delicacy, which
was said to have magical properties.
This gin is distilled 5 times in new stills, which are made by Arnold Holstein.
After distillation, only pure water of Norway is added.

- Gold Medal in 2017 at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
- Superior Taste Award in 2015 at the International Taste & Qualitity Instituion
in Brussels.
- Silver medal in 2017 at the International Wine & Spirit Competition
in 1785.
