Larceny Bourbon. The process is overseen by Master Distiller Denny Potter, who
sets the optimum alcohol content of 46% vol. (94 proof) for Larceny Kentucky
Straight Bourbon. In contrast to many bourbons with rye, Larceny uses wheat in
the mashbill, which results in a milder flavor profile.

The name "Larceny", which means "theft", refers to John E. Fitzgerald, who
allegedly took whiskey from the barrels without authorization. Larceny whiskey
is known for its longer than legally required maturation time and offers a rich
