officially run as a company in the municipality of Vizovice. Jelinek is the most
famous distillery for fruit brandies. Both kosher slivovitz and fruit brandies
from raspberries, the fruit of the aspen or rowan berries are produced.
Absinthe De Moravie is made from a macerate of angelica and mint. At the bottom
of the bottle are decorative seeds of anise and fennel, which have already been
used in the maceration for several months.
