In 1936, Gabriel Farnet acquired the Chateau Minuty estate, which already owned
the Domaine de Chateauneuf in Vidauban. In 2012, extensive renovations were
carried out to improve the reception. In 2022, Anne-Victoire Matton, together
with her father Jean-Etienne and her uncle Francois, took over the management of
the estate as the fourth generation of the Matton family.

Chateau Minuty extends over 65 hectares in a single block on slate-limestone
soils and includes an additional 120 hectares on clay-limestone soils in
Vidauban and 15 hectares on the slopes of the Val de Rian in Ramatuelle
overlooking the bay of Pampelonne.



Minuty Prestige is an elegant blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Tibouren. The grapes
are harvested at optimum ripeness, gently destemmed and carefully pressed.
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks
before the wine is bottled for ageing and sealed with a natural cork.
