A selection of the best rums of the Indochinese peninsula, which includes parts
of Laos, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.In 1939, the government of Siam decided
to change the name of the country to "Thailand", until the renaming back in the
wake of a new constitution, to finally correct the name to Thailand in 1949.

Molasses produced from the distillery's own sugar cane, a 5-fold distillation in
column stills, as well as a storage in American ex-bourbon barrels give the Siam
Edition its incomparable complex and spicy-woody character.

To be able to guarantee a constant temperature, the storage room is located
under the floor, with Angels' Share between 7 and 9% per year. The barrels are
decanted several times and topped up with a rum of the same age until the rum is
bottled after its 10-year maturation.
