these distilleries represents a family member, and in addition there is a steam
still for each grandchild, demonstrating the continued dedication to the art of

In 1973, the Nonino family first introduced the production of their Grappa
Monovitigno, made from pomace. Pomace is the solid residue that remains after
the grapes have been pressed.
Nonino Grappa Monovitigno Il Moscato is made from the pomace of Moscato grapes
and undergoes distillation in a copper steam still.
