distilleries, each equipped with 12 discontinuous copper steam stills. Each of
these distilleries represents a family member, and in addition there is a steam
still for each grandchild, demonstrating the continued dedication to the art of
distillation within the family.
The Nonino Grappa Riserva Antica Cuvee 5 Years Old is made from the marc of
Cabernet, Merlot and Schioppettino grapes. After distillation, it matures for 5
to 20 years in barrique barrels.
