Since 1880, the Kaloyiannis family distillery has been producing its famous
ouzo, which has established itself over generations as a symbol of Greek
tradition and craftsmanship. Ouzo is produced by distilling pure alcohol with
anise and various herbs such as fennel, coriander and mastic, which gives it its
distinctive taste.

Ouzo Nectar Pilavas is produced according to a secret family recipe from the
1940s by Nikos Pilavos and is characterized by the use of only the best
ingredients. After a careful double distillation, the premium ouzo is left to
rest for two to three months. This maturation phase also gives it its round and
wonderfully aromatic taste, which is characterized by a fine blend of anise,
coriander, cardamom and fennel.
