The P31 Green Bitter 25 % vol. 0.7 l is an exceptional bitter liqueur with an
iconic green color that has established itself as a modern, innovative
alternative to classic spritz ingredients. Its roots go back to the famous Caffe
Pedrocchi in Padua, where the recipe was refined over two years in close
collaboration with regular customers. Particularly noteworthy: the Venetian
gondoliers, traditionally discerning spritz lovers, also gave their approval to
the recipe - a real seal of quality.

The name P31 is rich in meaning: the "P" stands both for the homage to the
historic Caffe Pedrocchi and for Marco Polo, the legendary Venetian explorer.
His travels brought herbs and exotic fruits from all over the world to Venice -
many of which can be found today in the 31 natural ingredients of P31 Green
Bitter. These include bitter orange, absinthe, cinchona bark, centaury, rhubarb,
gentian, ginger, cloves, quassio, marjoram, ireos and brown chiretta.



P31 is produced in the region of the former Republic of Venice by infusing
selected aromatic herbs. The result is a versatile bitter with a complex herbal
