Casa Paladin is a well-known Italian winery in the Veneto region, more precisely
in the DOCG area of Valpolicella. The winery has a rich history dating back to
the 1960s when Carlo Paladin founded it.The winemaking philosophy at Casa
Paladin is to combine tradition with modern techniques to produce wines that
express the unique terroir of the region. The winery uses a combination of

Amico Filo is part of the Paladin winery tradition. In the dialect of the Veneto
region, this word refers to a cheerful, convivial gathering that once took place
at large country houses. Today Filo is presented in a modern way, but following
traditions that have been appreciated for years by many faithful Paladin
customers. The development of the mousseux is done by natural fermentation
according to the Charmat method.
