Casa Paladin, a renowned Italian winery, is located in the DOCG district of
Valpolicella in Veneto. Its roots go back to the 1960s, founded by Carlo

Paladin's Prosecco Extra-Dry Millesimato comes from the vineyards in the
historic and hilly growing area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. According
to some historians, Prosecco cultivation in this region, which is at least two
centuries old, could date back to Roman times. Fermentation takes place at a
controlled 16°C, which allows delicate aromas and impressive flavor nuances to
unfold.
