The distilling history of the Pfanner family goes back over 160 years. That's
five generations who have made their passion their profession and continue
traditions.

The gentian is collected in the French Jura high mountains, then cleaned and
finely ground. The ground root is distilled and the result bottled. Decades of
experience as well as the careful distillation gives this liquor its distinctive
taste.
