Weingut Polz, located in the south of Styria in Austria, is characterized by its
ideal wine-growing location. Founded in 1896, it enjoys a reputation for

specific soil characteristics. Under the leadership of the fourth generation,
the winery strives to preserve its heritage and continue the family tradition

This white wine from the Morillon grape variety, also known as Chardonnay, grows
on a soil of shell limestone, clay, sand, limestone marl and slate. It is
matured in steel tanks and sealed with a screw cap. It has storage potential
until at least 2026.
