Polz Weissburgunder is a pure expression of its terroir, made from 100%
Weissburgunder grapes grown on a diverse soil composition of shell limestone,
clay, sand, limestone marl and slate. Maturation in steel tanks emphasizes the
clear, fresh aromas of Pinot Blanc and preserves its natural elegance.
