finally took over Midleton and so this Irish whisky could revive again.
The Redbreast Lustau Edition Single Pot Still Sherry Finish is a collaboration
between Bodegas Lustau and the Midleton Distillery.
This Single Pot Still Whiskey traditionally matures in Bourbon and Sherry casks
for 9 to 12 years.
It is then finished with an additional 1-year aging in First Fill Sherrybutts.
