juicy, highly aromatic Williams pears from Western Styria are used. There, in
cooperation with the Rochelt distillery, these hearty pears are carefully
cultivated by local fruit farmers and then harvested. After a double
distillation, the noble brandy matures for three years in glass balloons, in
which the Williams pear fully develops.
