The Ron Arehucas Carta Oro is produced using traditional column still
distillation, a process known for its ability to produce fine and clear spirits.
The molasses used is carefully selected to extract only the best and purest

After distillation, the rum matures in specially selected wooden barrels, with
this phase of wood maturation making a decisive contribution to developing its
complex and multi-layered flavor profile. During this time, the aromas increase
in depth and the rum acquires its characteristic balance of sweet, spicy and
