two friends, Mark Neal and Daniel McLaughlin, who shared a passion for gin,
whisky and vodka and wanted to create unique and exceptional spirits. The word
"Scapegrace" refers to a mischievous or reckless person and reflects the
adventurous and rebellious character of the brand.

Scapegrace Classic Premium Dry Gin is an internationally recognized gin known
for its exceptional quality and distinctive flavor profile. The gin is carefully
crafted in small batches in a copper still, allowing precise control over the
distillation process and extraction of botanical flavors. It contains indigenous
ingredients such as Kawakawa leaves, which impart a distinctive peppery flavor,
and Totara, a native tree that imparts earthy and resinous notes. These local
botanicals contribute to the gin's New Zealand identity and set it apart from
other gins on the market.
